(2)雖然在201*年的工作中，比較圓滿地完成了酒店的維修保養(yǎng)工作和領導布置的各項任務，取得了一定的成績，但是也暴露出不少問題和不盡如人意的地方。具體表現(xiàn)為：①員工的酒店意識不強、缺乏團隊精神、工作熱情不高、和其他部門溝通較少;②技術水平參差不齊、個別員工技術較差、缺乏獨立工作能力、工作依賴性較強;③工作主動性不夠、工作效率較低、缺乏主人翁精神、節(jié)約意識較淡薄。

酒店工程管理除了應具備對各種設備設施、各工種技術上的了解和精通外，還需要具備和上下級溝通協(xié)調的能力，發(fā)揚團隊精神，加強愛崗敬業(yè)和職業(yè)道德的教育，努力提高管理水平。
