問題 連云港如何繼續(xù)保持港口的競爭力？

從進出口買賣雙方來講。 用戶并不會關心是哪個港口進行進出口 用戶關心的是我的進出口貨物的能不能以最短的時間和最便宜的運輸價格來送達到我的目的地。來適應瞬息萬變的市場行情。

我們知道在連云港港口傳統的作業(yè)模式當中，貨物通過海上運輸到港口卸載在港口的場站中，這個時候貨物代理公司再尋找公路上的運輸車隊來將貨物運輸到內陸的目的地。那么作為一個港口來講，提高競爭力的關鍵就是我們能不能縮短這個貨物第二次轉運的運輸時間和節(jié)約貨物運輸成本。

海陸聯運信息平臺就是當貨物還未抵達港口的時候提前在網上公開發(fā)布貨物信息。告訴陸地上物流車隊我有什么樣的貨物在什么時間運輸到什么地方。當車隊選擇

通過信息提前的共享 合理的安排運輸方式和運輸時間 縮短貨物運輸時間 提高工作效率和節(jié)約貨物運輸成本。以達到提高港口的競爭力。

系統推廣

系統建成后可以貨主，車隊 箱主，貨代 船代等角色中免費推廣使用，不一次性收取系統開發(fā)，在系統信息共享電子交互數據能夠為用戶節(jié)約人工成本，提高各個角色的利潤之后，增加用戶黏性之后，從用戶的每一次成交量中收取手續(xù)費，實現系統可持續(xù)性的盈利目的和后期系統的維護成本
