本學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任八年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。作為一直從事中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的我,雖了解到了一些教學(xué)教法,但在實(shí)際的教育教學(xué)中,我深深感覺(jué)到教中學(xué)英語(yǔ)之難之累,真是“苦在其身樂(lè)在其心”。現(xiàn)對(duì)八年級(jí)第二學(xué)期我的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作作一總結(jié),總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),尋找不足,以促進(jìn)今后的教學(xué)工作取得更大進(jìn)步。一、教學(xué)情況
(一)學(xué)習(xí)課標(biāo),明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
為了使我的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)適應(yīng)新時(shí)期英語(yǔ)教學(xué)要求、樹(shù)立起新的育人理念,我們英語(yǔ)組認(rèn)真對(duì)《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行了研讀,了解了目前英語(yǔ)課程改革的目的、掌握了目前英語(yǔ)改革的重點(diǎn)、明確了英語(yǔ)課程各級(jí)的總目標(biāo)和各內(nèi)容的分級(jí)目標(biāo)、理解了英語(yǔ)教學(xué)原則、重點(diǎn)對(duì)八年級(jí)學(xué)生在社交常用口語(yǔ)、情景對(duì)話練習(xí)以及單詞語(yǔ)法掌握方面為教學(xué)重點(diǎn),以國(guó)家九年制義務(wù)教育英語(yǔ)教學(xué)大綱為原則,認(rèn)真有序地開(kāi)展英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。(二)扎實(shí)備課,理清教學(xué)思路。
備課是課堂教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié),我在備課時(shí)做到了以下幾點(diǎn):
1、課前備課,做到“有備而來(lái)”。我認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參書,既備教材、教法,又備學(xué)生。結(jié)合學(xué)生的實(shí)際和教材的內(nèi)容,既要考慮知識(shí)的縱向聯(lián)系,又要考慮新知的橫向銜接;既要突出重點(diǎn),又要突破難點(diǎn);既要體現(xiàn)出完整的教學(xué)過(guò)程,又要注意
好各環(huán)節(jié)的過(guò)渡自然。并制作了各種有趣的教具,如:單詞卡片、實(shí)物(圖片)、頭飾等教具為課堂教學(xué)做好服務(wù)。2、課中備課,靈活安排簡(jiǎn)單易操作的游戲活動(dòng)。我通過(guò)游戲引入新課教學(xué)時(shí),為了不打消學(xué)生的積極性,我在實(shí)施教學(xué)的時(shí)候,總是盡量設(shè)計(jì)一些簡(jiǎn)單易操作的游戲及活動(dòng),將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開(kāi),把枯燥乏味的課堂變?yōu)樯鷦?dòng)有趣“快樂(lè)堡”,讓他們?cè)诳鞓?lè)中學(xué)習(xí),在玩中獲得新知,通過(guò)反復(fù)的趣味操練(如:唱、演、玩、畫、涂色、做手工等形式)來(lái)鞏固所學(xué)新知。在活動(dòng)中學(xué)生們都樂(lè)于參與,充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生們的情感態(tài)度和興趣,學(xué)生的積極性得到了充分發(fā)揮,教學(xué)效果良好。
3、課后備課,總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。每上完一單元,我都及時(shí)對(duì)該單元作出總結(jié)和反思,寫出教學(xué)后記,肯定本節(jié)課成功的地方,探討該單元的不足之處,為以后的教學(xué)工作打下基礎(chǔ)。(三)認(rèn)真上課,體現(xiàn)以人為本。
《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》提出“讓學(xué)生在教師的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)感知、體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐、參與和合作等方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)任務(wù)的目標(biāo),感受成功!边@便要求,英語(yǔ)課的教學(xué)要以學(xué)生為主,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,提高他們對(duì)詞匯、句型的聽(tīng)說(shuō)認(rèn)讀和語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運(yùn)用的能力。為此,我在實(shí)際的課堂教學(xué)中做了以下幾點(diǎn):1、巧設(shè)導(dǎo)入,培養(yǎng)興趣。每節(jié)的教學(xué)我首先通過(guò)做游戲、唱英語(yǔ)歌來(lái)激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓學(xué)生融洽在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的氛圍內(nèi)。2、圖文結(jié)合,掌握新知。根據(jù)教材“圖文并茂”的特點(diǎn),充分運(yùn)用單詞卡片、實(shí)物教具、簡(jiǎn)筆畫及肢體語(yǔ)言來(lái)啟發(fā)學(xué)生,使學(xué)生帶著明
確的任務(wù)目標(biāo),并借助圖片、動(dòng)作、表情等手段掌握其義,讓他們積極主動(dòng)參與學(xué)習(xí)獲取新知過(guò)程,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時(shí),我不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀,力爭(zhēng)讓他們學(xué)了就懂,懂了會(huì)用,培養(yǎng)他們認(rèn)讀的能力。在學(xué)習(xí)新知的同時(shí),還適時(shí)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行思想教育。3、游戲活動(dòng),鞏固新知。在完成了每節(jié)課的新授任務(wù)后,抓住學(xué)生爭(zhēng)強(qiáng)好勝的心理,通過(guò)師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng)的游戲活動(dòng)將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開(kāi);為了尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,營(yíng)造寬松的學(xué)習(xí)。
二、教學(xué)心得
第一,確立與新課程相適應(yīng)的教育觀念。
學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體,老師不能代替學(xué)生讀書,代替學(xué)生感知,代替學(xué)生觀察、分析、思考,代替學(xué)生明白任何一個(gè)道理和掌握任何一條規(guī)律。老師只能讓學(xué)生自己讀書,自己感受事物,自己觀察、分析、思考,從而明白任何一個(gè)道理和掌握任何一條規(guī)律。于是我改變“一言堂”,把課堂還給學(xué)生,形成師生交往、積極互動(dòng)、共同發(fā)展的教學(xué)過(guò)程。第二,使學(xué)生明白學(xué)習(xí)目的。
要學(xué)好英語(yǔ),首先要使學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)這一語(yǔ)言的目的和意義。眾所周知,人類社會(huì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了21世紀(jì),新的世界將是個(gè)充滿競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和多變的世紀(jì),中國(guó)要在跨世紀(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得主動(dòng),中華民族要騰飛,要最終取決于優(yōu)秀科技人才的涌現(xiàn)。如果我們不懂英語(yǔ),怎么去了解世界?就拿三亞來(lái)說(shuō),第55屆世界小姐競(jìng)選在三亞舉行,許多外國(guó)游客來(lái)旅游。如果我們不會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ),
也聽(tīng)不懂他們說(shuō)什么,就無(wú)法與他們交流,溝通,更談不上有商業(yè)交易了。只有學(xué)生自覺(jué)地把自己的理想與祖國(guó)的前途和命運(yùn)聯(lián)系起來(lái),才會(huì)對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)真正感興趣,這種興趣也有可能轉(zhuǎn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的動(dòng)力。因此我結(jié)合本地區(qū)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,通讀和節(jié)選教材,圍繞著最簡(jiǎn)單、最基本、最常用的英語(yǔ)詞匯、句型、交際會(huì)話等進(jìn)行教學(xué),使學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生興趣,形成學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。
第三,努力建立融洽的師生關(guān)系。
相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),初中生比小學(xué)生獨(dú)立性強(qiáng),自尊心也逐漸增強(qiáng),渴望得到尊重。師生之間只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好關(guān)系,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。所以我必須樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)生觀,正確認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)生的主體地位。我用自己滿腔的愛(ài)去關(guān)心、尊重學(xué)生,耐心細(xì)致地指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,溝通和學(xué)生的思想感情,使自己成為學(xué)生歡迎和愛(ài)戴的人。上課時(shí)我是學(xué)生的老師,循循善誘和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,大膽求異創(chuàng)新;課后我卻成為他們的大姐和好朋友,無(wú)話不談,亮起心靈之光;生活上,我是他們的父母,關(guān)懷備至。
第四,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué),保持良好的教態(tài)。教師的教風(fēng)直接影響學(xué)生的學(xué)風(fēng)。駕駛的一言一行,無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻不在影響著學(xué)生。所以我提高自己的思想認(rèn)識(shí)和藹覺(jué)悟程度水平,做到愛(ài)崗敬業(yè),學(xué)而不厭,誨人不倦,為人師表,治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),還要保持良好的教態(tài)。老師的教學(xué)語(yǔ)言和教態(tài)對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)有直接的影響。老師的教態(tài)好,學(xué)生就喜歡,他們聽(tīng)課的興趣就高,接受知識(shí)也快。反之,
學(xué)生就不喜歡,甚至討厭。特別是正處于青春期的初中生,看問(wèn)題開(kāi)始有可獨(dú)立的見(jiàn)解,對(duì)他們更要注意教態(tài)和教學(xué)語(yǔ)言的使用。如我介紹新句型時(shí),我利用語(yǔ)言的輕重,語(yǔ)調(diào)的高低,和一定的動(dòng)作表情,盡量引起學(xué)生的注意和興趣。當(dāng)學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題時(shí),我的表情變得自然親切,使促使感到老師對(duì)他們的信任,這樣學(xué)生就增添了勇氣,就能大膽地回答問(wèn)題。三、努力方向
平時(shí)一方面抓緊時(shí)間備好課時(shí)學(xué)案,另一方面盡可能通過(guò)各種圖書資料網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法和學(xué)課指導(dǎo)方法,更好地提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣和積極性,不斷地提高農(nóng)村學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)水平。
總之,一學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作自己付出了很多,收到的回報(bào)也不少:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任,使我精力充沛;同事的幫助,使我干勁十足;學(xué)生的渴求,使我信心倍增。我會(huì)努力填補(bǔ)自己在教學(xué)中的不足,不斷改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法。積極開(kāi)發(fā)和有效利用課程資源,更好的為英語(yǔ)教學(xué)服務(wù),力爭(zhēng)在今后的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作中取得更好的成績(jī)。
