“民以食為天,食以安為先”。學(xué)校食品衛(wèi)生的安全是關(guān)系到在校每一位師生身心健康的重要問(wèn)題,因此,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)食堂工作管理,對(duì)于食堂從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的、經(jīng)常性的食品衛(wèi)生安全知識(shí)的培訓(xùn),也是食堂管理工作的重要組成部分。為了規(guī)范學(xué)校食品衛(wèi)生管理,預(yù)防學(xué)校食物中毒事故發(fā)生,確保師生身體健康,特制定本計(jì)劃:一、培訓(xùn)目的
為了進(jìn)一步提高我校食堂從業(yè)人員的綜合素質(zhì),做到文明、守紀(jì)、愛(ài)校、愛(ài)生、安全、衛(wèi)生、有序、規(guī)范。尤其是:對(duì)食品安全衛(wèi)生知識(shí)、業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)要加大培訓(xùn)力度,真正做好衛(wèi)生工作、安全工作,應(yīng)預(yù)防在先,防患于未然。為創(chuàng)造高質(zhì)量、高水平一流服務(wù)的目標(biāo)而共同努力。通過(guò)培訓(xùn),要提高我校食堂從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)他們的安全意識(shí),使他們高質(zhì)量地為教育、教學(xué)服務(wù)。在日常操作中更加嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、規(guī)范,工作水平更上一層樓。讓每一位師生吃的放心、舒心、開(kāi)心,為我校的后勤安全工作提供有力的保障。二、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容
中華人民共和國(guó)教育部令第14號(hào)《學(xué)校食堂與學(xué)生集體用餐衛(wèi)生管理規(guī)定》、《學(xué)校食堂管理人員與從業(yè)人員上崗衛(wèi)生知識(shí)培訓(xùn)基本要求》、食品衛(wèi)生法律法規(guī)、食品衛(wèi)生知識(shí)、業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)、各項(xiàng)衛(wèi)生管理制度及崗位職責(zé)。三、培訓(xùn)安排
每月安排兩次培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí)。(根據(jù)我校食堂的具體情況,從九月份開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí),具體安排附后)
1、及時(shí)派員參加上級(jí)有關(guān)部門(mén)組織的食品衛(wèi)生安全教育及崗位技能培訓(xùn),嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行食品衛(wèi)生法,嚴(yán)防衛(wèi)生事故的發(fā)生。
2、每學(xué)期進(jìn)行一次有關(guān)食品衛(wèi)生安全方面的知識(shí)問(wèn)卷答題。
3、食堂定期組織有關(guān)人員開(kāi)展崗位練兵或技能競(jìng)賽活動(dòng),以保證從業(yè)人員不斷適應(yīng)發(fā)展的需要,每學(xué)期至少進(jìn)行一次。
4、從業(yè)人員必須愛(ài)崗敬業(yè),互幫互學(xué),鉆研業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù),通過(guò)不斷的苦練基本功來(lái)提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平。
5、對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)骨干和進(jìn)步明顯的人員給予適當(dāng)?shù)莫?jiǎng)勵(lì),鼓勵(lì)其學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)、學(xué)技術(shù),提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
成品班培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃
為嚴(yán)格遵守《食品衛(wèi)生法》和《淇濱區(qū)學(xué)校食堂衛(wèi)生安全制度》,出色完成上級(jí)的各項(xiàng)任務(wù),根據(jù)成品班的實(shí)際情況,特制定本學(xué)期的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃:
