實習總結
不禁又要感慨時間易逝。在7月份,我們走出校園踏上了工作崗位,轉眼間實習就快要結束了。三個月的實習時間短暫卻過得充實,在這三個月中,我所學到的知識,經(jīng)歷的事情,思考的問題,會使我終身受益!
來到公司的第一天,公司領導從百忙中抽出時間為我們新員工召開了新員工歡迎會,讓我們感受到公司領導對我們的重視和關愛,幫我們掃去了些許初涉職場的不安。在會上公司領導給我們介紹了公司的發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀,讓我深深的體會到公司能有今天的成就源自幾輩人無私的奉獻與辛勤的付出,同時我也為能進入這樣一個進取向上的集體感到高興。
zhuang總在會上給我們提出的幾句箴言讓我受益匪淺。“面對理想和現(xiàn)實時,不好高騖遠;處理大事和小事時,不眼高手低;衡量眼前利益和長遠利益時,不急功近利;進行溝通和創(chuàng)新時,不自以為是,對待黨員和群眾時,不目中無人!痹趯嵙暺陂g,我腦海里時常會浮現(xiàn)這些話,在我遇到問題,感到困惑時,總能從中獲得啟發(fā)和思考。
來到公司的第二天,我們的車間實習就正式開始了。第一階段是在電控操作間進行實習。第一,二周,我學習的主要內容是組裝**機的控制臺操作面板及**機的電氣系統(tǒng)。雖然所涉及知識與校園所學歸為同一大類,然而運用起知識來會發(fā)現(xiàn)還是有很大區(qū)別。我不禁感慨,隔行如隔山。在校園時,我一直在集成器件的范疇里學習,所以在開始接觸到這些“大型”分立器件,總是找不到那種親切感。當在車間里看到整齊排列的**機時,總覺得這些黃機器過于龐大,自己顯得過于弱小。但同時我也告訴自己,一定要用最快的時間了解**機,掌握**機。要沉下心來,踏實學習,重視每一個小事,不忽視每一個細節(jié),不眼高手低,更不要自以為是。
兩周的時間里,同事帶著我從最簡單的電子分立器件開始學起,首先熟悉各種控制開關,變阻器的類型參數(shù),用途及組裝注意事項,然后是結合圖紙熟悉各個控制開關的具體電控作用及攤鋪機電氣組成。在進行組裝過程中,一定要細致謹慎,要確保每個器件的有效性,每段接線的連通性,每個螺絲的穩(wěn)固性。這兩周的周五我們還分別學習了**機的機械結構和發(fā)動機結構原理。這兩周學習的整體狀態(tài)都處于好奇興奮中,對**機的各種知識充滿了興趣,也在這段時間學習了很多的東西。
在接下來的三,四,五周時間,我的主要學習內容是組裝左側總線箱。組裝機箱是很有學習價值的,通過組裝總線箱,我對繼電器有了更為直觀和詳細的了解,對線型,接線圖有了進一步認識。其中最磨練心智的工作內容是接線,要核對接線線號,絞線,壓線,插線,梳理線,綁線,接好一個總線箱,要跟上百根線打上至少一天的關系,要壓上上百個小套管。組裝機箱時,我特別認真,生怕一個不小心會導致更為繁復的工作。然而當機箱組裝完成后下班回到宿舍時,我的心里卻有了些許失落和迷茫。我慢慢感覺在這段時間,自己學習的新知識不是很多,運用知識的機會也沒有增加。靜下心來想一想,我是不是有些好高騖遠,同時我也鼓勵安慰自己,工作中的瓶頸期應該是在所難免的吧,這個時候更要靜下心來,尋找動力,要調動起自己的積極性。正所謂處處留意皆學問。當我轉變思想后再次面對工作時,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些可以提高自己的地方,心情也開朗起來
在余下的實習時間里,我走出電工房,來到整機車間學習調試車輛。調試車輛不是一件輕松地工作,幾次上車下車,就感覺身體耗費了很多能量。車開起來,熱氣帶著燃油味直撲過來,還真是讓我花了一些時間來適應!凹埳系脕斫K覺淺,絕知此事要躬行!闭{試**機的過程是真正進入利用所學解決問題的階段?吹阶约褐暗乃鶎W可以解決實際問題,這是學習知識過程中最讓人振奮精神的了。調試**機所涉及的知識不僅僅是電控方面的知識,有時也會涉及發(fā)動機,液壓系統(tǒng),機械組裝的問題。我也意識到自己要學習的知識還很多,在這段時間,我更加明確了我的努力方向;也告訴自己要踏踏實實,耐得住寂寞。認真做好自己的工作,做愛崗敬業(yè)的天順人,為公司貢獻自己的一份力量。
實習的這三個月,是我剛剛走出校園的三個月,實習的日子讓我收獲了大學課堂里沒有的知識以及為人處事的許多道理,認識了自己的不足和長處,學會了保持積極向上和腳踏實地的良好工作態(tài)度。很感謝公司領導對我的關愛,也很感謝同事們對我工作上的幫助和生活上的照顧,沒有你們就沒有我的進步和成長。在今后的日子里,大家一起為公司的蓬勃發(fā)展努力加油!

一,實習目的
此次實習我們要達到以下幾點:
1:通過下廠生產(chǎn)實習,深入生產(chǎn)第一線進行觀察學習,了解和掌握本專業(yè)基礎的生產(chǎn)實際知識,鞏固和加深已學過的理論知識,并為后續(xù)專業(yè)課的教學和畢業(yè)設計打下基礎。
2:在實習期間,通過對典型零件機械加工工藝的分析,以及零部件加工過程中所用的機床,夾具量具等工藝裝備,把理論知識和實踐相結合起來,分析和解決問題的工作能力。
3:通過記實習日記,寫實習報告,鍛煉與培養(yǎng)我們的觀察,分析問題以及解決問題的能力。二,實習內容
(1)了解工廠的生產(chǎn)過程、生產(chǎn)線布局、技術裝備;(2)記錄零件設計和制造工藝及設備;(3)掌握機械加工工藝方面的知識及方法
(4)了解切削刀具方面的知識,熟悉常用刀具的結構、選擇、用途等
(5)了解機床和數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的知識,特別是加工中心等典型的數(shù)控設備

四、實習單位介紹
公司單位全名:河北宣化工程機械股份有限公司
河北宣化工程機械股份有限公司是河北省機械類第一家上市公司,也是張家口市唯一一家上市公司。公司主要產(chǎn)品有120~430馬力履帶推土機及其變型產(chǎn)品,其中包括T120系列、T140系列、T165系列、SD7系列、SD8系列、SD9系列等產(chǎn)品。自行研制開發(fā)的140系列推土機技術水平和性能在全國同類機型中處于領先地位。公司建有省級技術中心,擁有同行業(yè)領先水平的推土機裝配線、噴涂線和整機試驗臺。

201*年7月初我們在宣工食堂進行了安全教育。師傅給我們看安全生產(chǎn)記錄還有事故案例,一些注意事項加血淋淋的案例,慘不忍睹,但還要做筆記,這些血淋淋的案件給人們敲響了警鐘。老師給我們提了很多要求,我們都必須做到,畢竟事故發(fā)生了誰也負擔不起。

1,不允許穿涼鞋進廠;2,進廠必須穿長褲;3,禁止在廠里吸煙,打鬧,被發(fā)現(xiàn)者罰款;4,注意高空,有天車及懸掛物要繞行5,進廠后衣服做到三緊,不得背背包進廠;6,同學在廠里不要成堆,不堵塞工廠的進出入口,不要站在工廠主干道上2、參觀構件車間;
接下來,我們參觀宣工構件車間。本車間主要生產(chǎn)推土機的三大件左右行走架(如右圖)、頂推梁、后橋箱。本車間的主要工作為焊接。生產(chǎn)推土機的三大件要經(jīng)過多次對活、焊接、去毛刺等。在構件車間有較為先進的埋弧自動焊,二氧化
碳氣體保護焊,手工焊等多種焊接工藝,兩臺5噸天車負責大件的搬運。

裝配地盤液壓回路轉向離合器的安裝壓裝半軸放水箱、散熱器等副部安裝牽引鉤、平衡梁安裝貨區(qū)吊裝柴油機主離合器及操縱部安裝吊裝駕駛室,儀表安裝安裝履帶進實驗區(qū)試車配車的實驗。

4、參觀宣工齒輪車間;
我們參觀了宣工的齒輪分廠。齒輪是機械工業(yè)中應用最廣泛的重要零件之一,它主要用于傳遞動力和運動,改變速度和方向。在車間里我們見到了直齒輪、斜齒輪、人字齒輪、斜齒輪、人字齒輪、曲線齒輪等,在宣工的

齒輪車間可加工(m=2.5~12)的各種齒輪。齒輪的加工車床有普通車床、銑床、拉床、數(shù)控加工中心(可按24把刀)、鉆床、插齒機、滾齒機等。車床的加工件的冷卻分為油冷和水冷,鑄鋼件不用冷卻。參觀熱處理區(qū):在熱處理區(qū)可以對各種成品零部件進行滲碳、滲氮、碳氮共滲、感應淬火、調質、正火、退火等熱處理工序,不僅如此還可以進行表面氧化、磷化、電鍍等處理工藝。
在熱處理車間我還見到校正機(用來校正零部件因熱處理和噴丸是產(chǎn)生的變形)。
5、參觀宣工大件分廠;
我們參觀大件分廠。大件車基本和齒輪車間相似。大件生產(chǎn)車主要生產(chǎn)各種箱體大件,有變速箱

金屬胚料產(chǎn)生塑性變形,從而獲得的零件毛胚。選擇毛胚還應該考慮的原因是零件的力學性能要求相同的的材料采用不同的毛胚制造的方法,其力學性能有所不同。鑄鐵的強度,離心澆注,壓力澆注的鑄體,金屬型澆注的鑄體,沙型澆注的鑄體依次遞減;鋼質零件的鍛造毛胚,其力學性能高于鋼質棒料和鑄鋼體鑄造車間主要采用砂型鑄造法生產(chǎn),砂型鑄造工藝流程如下:制作木模翻砂造型溶化澆注落砂去澆冒口清理檢驗入庫。在液壓車間,我們見到了各種壓力控制閥、方向控制閥、流量控制閥、溢流閥、減壓閥、

六實習總結;
在宣工為期一周的實習已經(jīng)結束了,至此那具有高科技的加工中心以及先進的裝配流水線還歷歷在目。在這一周的時間里,我學到了很多在書本上難以學到的東西,對原先在課本上許多不很明白的東西在實踐觀察中有了新的領悟和認識。。當我第一次走進那車來車往的生產(chǎn)第一線時,當我親自見到一個個零件的生產(chǎn)過程時,不禁感慨:
