201*年度個(gè)人工作總結(jié)

本人于201*年5月份調(diào)到酒店工程部工作,擔(dān)任工程部經(jīng)理一職,由于管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不足和專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的欠缺,任職以來(lái),工作中始終兢兢業(yè)業(yè),不敢稍有懈怠,通過(guò)七個(gè)多月的工作實(shí)踐和深入學(xué)習(xí),逐漸適應(yīng)了新的工作崗位,也對(duì)自己的工作有了較為全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心支持下,在各部門(mén)經(jīng)理的配合協(xié)作下,在部門(mén)員工的共同努力下,著手開(kāi)展設(shè)備設(shè)施的日常維修、緊急維修、計(jì)劃?rùn)z修、定期保養(yǎng)、加裝改造、節(jié)能降耗等工作。下面主要從201*年度完成的主要工作、分析存在的問(wèn)題和下步的工作打算三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)。

一、完成的主要工作

1.配合人力資源部編制工程部崗位及人員設(shè)置方案,工程部原定編8人,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)整增編到11人,目前在編10人。

2.積極配合人力資源部,參與籌劃、開(kāi)展工程部技能競(jìng)賽,并取得2個(gè)中級(jí)技能等級(jí)、1個(gè)初級(jí)技能等級(jí)的好成績(jī),并從7月份起享受技能津貼。這既是對(duì)技能人才的肯定,提高其薪酬待遇,也對(duì)部門(mén)其他員工起到了很好的學(xué)習(xí)和促進(jìn)作用。

3.配合辦公室制定各部門(mén)目標(biāo)管理責(zé)任狀考核實(shí)施細(xì)則。4.201*年計(jì)劃維修費(fèi)用為38萬(wàn)元,全年實(shí)際投入29.33萬(wàn)元,占計(jì)劃資金的77.18%。

5.201*年共完成加裝改造(建)項(xiàng)目42個(gè),預(yù)算資金為50.萬(wàn)元,實(shí)際已投入資金49.04萬(wàn)元,占預(yù)算資金的98%。

6.201*年酒店總維修費(fèi)用為15.58萬(wàn)元,其中餐飲部(含客餐后廚)5.76萬(wàn)元,占37%;客房部4.33萬(wàn)元,占28%;康樂(lè)部0.86萬(wàn)元,占6%;前廳部0.75萬(wàn)元,占5%;其他部門(mén)及后勤部門(mén)3.5萬(wàn)元,占22%。

7.201*年酒店維修單共計(jì)1633張,維修總項(xiàng)次8771項(xiàng)次。8.參與酒店201*年經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析活動(dòng),對(duì)酒店1-9月能耗及維修維保情況進(jìn)行分析。

9.擬定工程部201*年維修維保及能耗費(fèi)用預(yù)算。

10.完成酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到各經(jīng)營(yíng)部門(mén)調(diào)研后形成的201*4~7號(hào)專(zhuān)題會(huì)議紀(jì)要提出的問(wèn)題共26項(xiàng)。

11.201*年酒店全年總能耗費(fèi)用為245.17萬(wàn)元;201*年總能耗費(fèi)用為235萬(wàn)元;同比增加10.17萬(wàn)元,增長(zhǎng)比例為4.33%。

12.201*年酒店總能耗率為9.39%,201*年總能耗率為9.5%,同比降低0.11個(gè)百分點(diǎn),完成年初制定能耗率降至9.4%的考核目標(biāo)。

二、分析存在的問(wèn)題

1.部門(mén)內(nèi)部管理比較松散,沒(méi)有著力推行獎(jiǎng)勤罰懶的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,不利于促進(jìn)員工工作的積極性。部門(mén)內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)不夠,造成有時(shí)處理維修任務(wù)不夠及時(shí)。

2.隨著酒店使用年限的增長(zhǎng),地毯、踢腳線(xiàn)、墻紙、乳膠漆、油漆等裝修裝飾逐漸陳舊老化,加之員工保護(hù)意識(shí)不夠,人為破壞情

況較為嚴(yán)重,201*年安排了墻紙、乳膠漆的計(jì)劃維修,地毯、油漆等計(jì)劃維修項(xiàng)目還未大面積實(shí)施。

3.酒店的重要設(shè)備如中央空調(diào)、鍋爐等設(shè)備于201*年度均進(jìn)行了計(jì)劃維修、清洗保養(yǎng),但工作計(jì)劃的前瞻性和平時(shí)的預(yù)防性檢修保養(yǎng)工作還有待加強(qiáng)。

4.在設(shè)備管理方面還存在較大不足,由于工程部一直以來(lái)未建立完整的設(shè)備臺(tái)帳資料,很多設(shè)備尤其是各部門(mén)使用和管理的設(shè)備存在“無(wú)設(shè)備臺(tái)帳、無(wú)管理責(zé)任人、無(wú)設(shè)備使用人”的三無(wú)現(xiàn)象,無(wú)形中造成了資源的浪費(fèi)。

5.在節(jié)能降耗工作方面取得了一定的成績(jī),這是工程部和酒店各部門(mén)特別是各經(jīng)營(yíng)部門(mén)共同努力的結(jié)果,但酒店員工的節(jié)能意識(shí)仍有待進(jìn)一步提高。

三、下步的工作打算

1.進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)部門(mén)內(nèi)部管理、工作流程管理、資料管理,內(nèi)強(qiáng)素質(zhì),外樹(shù)形象。

2.定期召開(kāi)設(shè)備管理、成本核算和費(fèi)用控制會(huì)議,研究、改進(jìn)和完善對(duì)設(shè)施設(shè)備的科學(xué)管理方法。

3.掌握設(shè)備管理人員及維修人員的技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)狀況,鼓勵(lì)部門(mén)員工提高和更新業(yè)務(wù)技能,開(kāi)展全方位、多層次、多渠道的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作。

4.加強(qiáng)后勤服務(wù)一線(xiàn)部門(mén)的意識(shí),不斷提高維修工作質(zhì)量和效

率,保障酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)管理。

5.充分調(diào)動(dòng)部門(mén)員工的積極性,定期進(jìn)行職業(yè)道德、酒店意識(shí)教育,培養(yǎng)員工企業(yè)責(zé)任感和榮譽(yù)感。

6.在加強(qiáng)部門(mén)日常管理工作的同時(shí),積極參與酒店管理人員競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗活動(dòng),以實(shí)際行動(dòng)響應(yīng)酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)號(hào)召,去爭(zhēng)取更加適合自身發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)和發(fā)展方向的工作崗位。
